Mind Body Total Fitness Boot Camp is a six week outdoor fitness program that includes activities such as core strengthening, short runs, strength training, obstacle courses and more to give you a variety in your workout, while being in a beautiful outdoor setting.  We guarantee you will stay motivated and on the way to becoming in shape.  Our program offers workout instruction, nutritional support, and tons of motivation.
