- 4 week members may join during the 4 weeks. Contact us and we can prorate your package to fit your needs.

-If you need to miss a day or class is cancelled due to weather, those that are in the 4 week program will always have a 5th week.  This 5th week is called the makeup week, and it's free!  It's just an additional week between the 4 week programs that's in place just in case something happens-i.e. imclimate weather, vacations you have, or any other reasons for missing a class during the regular 4 week session.  If you don't miss a session, then it's a free week for you.  So enjoy and better yet bring a friend or family member and enjoy working out together.

For those that want to sign up for the 4 week program you will get 4 weeks of bootcamp sessions and have 3 weeks off before the next four week session starts.
